Please read this before you commit to a retreat. We understand that cancellations sometimes are necessary for a variety of reasons. We try to be as fair as possible, but please keep in mind our expenses are paid up front and large deposits are made to the venues to secure our locations.
- Please make your cancellation in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
- We will allow reservation substitutions at any point after booking. If you can find a substitute retreater to take your spot, you will receive a full refund (less cancellation fee). Substitutions should be made in writing via email to email@example.com so that booking information can be updated appropriately.
- If you need to cancel 30 days or more prior to the retreat, your fee will be refunded in full (less the $25 cancellation fee).
- For cancellations less than 30 days prior, NO refunds will be issued.
- We do not transfer credits to future retreats.
- If a retreat is cancelled by the venue we will automatically issue full refunds.
