One Block Wonder Quilt Class
Come learn how to create a stunning One Block Wonder quilt! Each quilt develops its own personality—no two are ever the same. Mary Beth will guide you through her favorite tips and clever techniques as your fabric transforms into a beautiful kaleidoscope design.
The quilt begins with seven identical panels. Six panels are layered, cut into strips, and then into matching triangles that spin together into striking hexagons surrounding a full center panel. Discover the “magic” that makes this project so unique and endlessly surprising!
What to bring:

Sewing machine in good working order

Machine needles

Rotary cutter with a new blade (you’ll be cutting through 7 layers)

6" x 24" quilting ruler
-
6" x 12" ruler with 30°, 45°, and 60° lines
-
17" x 23" cutting mat
-
Flowerhead pins or other flat pins
-
Small fabric scissors
-
Seam ripper
-
Pins and/or clips
Optional tools: mini iron, wool pressing mat, Frixion pen, sewing awl, Flatter spray, clapper, and tape measure.
Need a sewing machine? Rentals are available for $20. Please call 405-594-7845 at least 3 days before class to reserve.
