Create a Beautiful and Functional Bag!
Learn how to craft a stylish bag perfect for holding your water bottle, phone, or other personal items. Your finished project will be both practical and eye-catching! All fabrics needed to complete your bag are available at The Quilt Lady.

Required Materials:

• Please bring the following items to class:
• Bag Pattern must be purchased from The Quilt Lady
• Main Fabric:
  • Exterior & pocket: 3/8 yard
• Air Mesh:
  • 28" or wider: 3/8 yard
• Webbing:
  • 1" (25mm) wide: 5/8 yard for strap connectors
  • 1 1/2" (38mm) wide: 1 1/2 yards for adjustable strap
• Fold-Over Elastic (or substitute premade bias binding):
  • 3/4" wide: 3 1/2 yards
• Hook & Loop Tape:
  • For carry-all closure: 3/4" or 1" wide, 2" needed
• Hardware:
  • Two 1" D-Rings
  • Two 1" Swivel Hooks
  • Two 1 1/2" Swivel Hooks
  • One 1 1/2" Slider Buckle
• Nylon Coil Zippers (Size #5):
  • Single Slide: One 4 1/2" zipper
  • Single Slide: One 9 3/4" zipper

Helpful Notions:

• 40 wt. polyester thread
• Sewing clips, pins, chalk
• Basting spray, basting tape or glue
• Washi tape
• Stiletto
• Zipper foot

We are unable to refund class fees. However, you can transfer your registration to another class if you contact us at least 7 business days before your scheduled class. To reschedule, email orders@quilt-lady.com or call 405-594-7845. No exchanges or refunds are available for cancellations within 7 days of the class.
