Catch All Caddy with Pattern
Tara is teaching all the ins and outs of bag making! This is a 6 hour class covering all the skills needed to begin making your own bags including quilting, using soft & stable, attaching zippers, making & using bias binding, & more. You will construct a Catch all Caddy as you learn the skills to set you up for success in future bag making classes offered by TQL.

1 yard Main Fabric
1 yard Lining Fabric
1 yard Coordinating Fabric
1/2 yard ByAnnie Soft & Stable
3/4 yard Fusible Interfaciing
9" or longer, single slide zipper- Handbag zipper
1 1/4 yard of 1.5" Polypro Strapping
4) 1 1/2" rings - hardware
5 3/4" x 12" Base Stabilizer such as Heavy acardboard, Plaskolite, foam core or plexiglass
Thread to match for top stitching
Jeans or Denim sewing maching needle
In addition to the required material above, each participant should have a sewing machine in good working order, machine needles, rotary cutter, quilting ruler, small fabric scissors, seam ripper, & pins &/or clips. Optional items include mini iron, wool pressing mat, cutting mat, Frixion pen, sewing awl, flatter spray, clapper, & tape measure.
If you do not have a sewing machine you may rent one from the shop for an additional $10. Please contact us at 405-594-7845 at least three days before class to reserve your rental sewing machine.
Lunch not included, you may bring your lunch &/or snacks or leave for a lunch break. Please only bring drinks with closing lids.
Please be advised are unable to refund class fees. However, we do understand that circumstances may arise so we do offer an exchange policy should you need to move your registration to another class.
